Can I download wraps using different computer in NFS Payback? [ Edited ]

Hello, I am playing NFS Payback with very limited internet, can I use another computer (without NFS) to like download many wraps and using flash drive transfer them to my computer? Thanks for any advice. Doesn't necessarily be an official way to do that. I believe they are just files but I don't know.

In order to download wraps you need an Origin account with a legal copy of the game registered on it and access to internet. If you have that, it doesn't matter what PC you use.

If what you're really asking is whether or not there's a way to download wraps manually without using the in-game gallery, then no.

I forgot to ask you what game system are you using? 

PC, PS4 or Xbox?

I also did learn that in Origin you can download but you need a legal copy and an account with origin!
