Camera panning while moving

I play with keyboard on my PC and I find that when my character is moving and changes direction the camera does not pan to face the direction she is now going but stays fixed facing the original direction. This was not an issue on earlier levels but now movement speed is important and I can't see where I am going unless I stop and pan which causes me to die.

How should I set up my game so the camera pans correctly?
