CAM -> CF cards! @@!!%$!!

I've been trying to get a CAM -> CF for 2 moths on a daily basis why is this still not fixed? Is it a bot problem? You guys make bilions, and every year the same problems same excuses, you know you're going to make money anyways so F costumers service. This is probably my last fifa oh and Star Wars battlefront sucked big time and shows that you * on your costumers and that extracting as much money out of a game is more important than happy customers. It's shameful but it's how stuff works when you have a monopoly.
