Buying data cards

I have now bought 6 total data packs where it says 5 to 300 shards for each character six straight times I've only gotten five shards complete rip-off.

Will not get another dime of my money and I'm thinking about cancelling the charge with my bank under false advertising pretense there is no randomization to this it's literally just have you spend money to give you the least amount possible.

Other people have received more than 5 shards, so obviously it's not giving out the least amount possible every time. You just had bad luck. Why did you buy them 6 times if it kept giving you the least amount? It's a gamble, and you knew it. If you don't like it, you don't have to buy them. Just wait until they release the packs where the contents are guaranteed, and buy those.
