Build Mode Bug/Glitch??

I get the "an object affected by this item can't be moved to the household inventory" error while trying to place grass outdoors in build mode.

Does anyone else have a answer to this??? I'm really lost...

If you have any mods move the mods folder to desktop. Delete localthumbcache.package file and fix game in Origin. If you don't have mods fix the game also.
But if there is damaged ClientDB.package file or configurations it will be not help. In this case you have to remove whole game folder to desktop and let the game create new one. If in new, clean game the problem will disappear copy from desktop - first folder saves ,and Tray, paste them in new folder and once more check the game. Your mods folder is last one to copy and paste . Check script mods one by one.
