A synchronization gear, or a gun synchronizer, sometimes rather less accurately called an interrupter, is attached to the armament of a single-engine tractor-configuration aircraft so it can fire through the arc of its spinning propeller without striking the blades.

It's a very real thing... for guns... rockets? Not so much. But all you have to do is say the rockets fire so quickly they can pass the blades.

TL;DR:

I mean there is literally no space for an engine, motor, or anything that can drive the propellers spinning. It's like Doraemon's Hopter.

LOL - I get you.....

Uh..... it's like an automatic rifle...  right?  The missile launches provide the energy to turn the blades!  But really   Not to mention you can't get much lift with most of the air being directed back down onto those wide wings....

Man - just don't think about it - it aint EVER gonna make sense.
