Billing problem

Ive tried to buy crystals now a couple of times, but I get errors. One time it said bad internet connection or not enough money. And the second time it said it had timed out the billing process.

I have not been drawn any money or gotten my crystals. I have triple checked my internet and my money account and everything is good to go.

I have "Restored Purchases" in-game, but nothing happens. No crystals in the in-game mail.

I live in Sweden so I cant be contacted by the support by telephone and the email system is gonna take me 72h to get an response from ..
Is there some admin/support here that could help me?

The best thing to do would be to contact the support team of the store you downloaded the game from, whether it is Google Play or the App Store.

As all your payments go through these stores to purchase the gems/packs, I think the problem might be with the store rather than the game.
