We have no info about dog tag yet, the only one where we are sure are the Alpha mission dogtag challenge.

It will probably have a dogtag for the beta and maybe origin access too.

Wait and see.

Currently, you don't get a special dog tag when you pre-order Battlefield V.

What you get to pre order Battlefield V. 

• Early access to the Battlefield V beta
• Immediate access to five Battlefield 1 weapons for use in Battlefield 1
• Paratrooper outfit: one of eight Special Soldier Sets
• Special assignments: earn rewards and get an edge over the competition by completing Special Assignments.
