When I open the battlefield companion app and click on the ‘sign in with Xbox live’ option, it tries to send me a verification code either to and old email account that no longer exists, or a phone number that also no longer exists. Where can I change these details? I have looked all through my Xbox live account (which I don’t even have to enter the details for for the app to try and verify me) and my ea account (which isn’t even linked to my Xbox live account) and I can’t find where it’s getting this address and number from.
If there’s no way to change the email address or phone number, how can I link my ea account to my Xbox live account? I have read online that you can do it on the Origin Client but I don’t have a laptop/PC and am typing this on an iPad.
thanks
