Battlefield V Problem unable to connect

Battlefield V it's cool game i see gameplay but... i have unable to connect i can't do that but i click go online i can't please help me ok???  please i need play this game... Do you be good and help me???

We have had reports of matchmaking issues, but it sounds like you haven't gotten that far.

I’m having the same issue on ps4

I am on Xbox one. I have restarted my xbox, full shut down, restarted the game, refreshed the game, and tried signing in and out. Game still says I am not connected to EA servers.

I'll be able to play on battlefield 4 no issue, sims4 no issue but when i get to the start screen it keeps saying I've lost connection to EA. When i click 'x' to connect it just bounces back and says the same thing. I've restarted many of times. 

I'm on Xbox One and have an active EA Access account and Xbox Gold account.
