@AnkoZheng
The team is aware of this happening to players.
We have a workaround for you to try:
First, exit out of Battlefield V if you’re playing.
Next, make a note of the challenges or records that are missing – you’ll need these later. Then:
On PC
- Turn off Cloud Saves in Origin.
- Open Origin’s Application Settings.
- Click Installs & Saves.
- Under Cloud Storage, toggle the slider to 0.
- Rename your Battlefield V settings folder.
- Find the Settings folder inside the Battlefield V folder in My Documents.
- Rename it to something like Settings_old.
- Launch Battlefield V and play the War Story again – making sure to catch the “missing” letters and challenges this time.
- Once there are no gaps in the record you should get your reward.
On PlayStation 4
- Open your Settings menu.
- Go to Application Saved Data Management.
- Choose System Storage.
- Select Delete.
- Choose Battlefield V and pick the files you want to delete or use Select all to delete all Battlefield V save files.
- Select Delete again and hit OK to confirm.
- Go to Online Storage.
- Choose Delete.
- Choose Battlefield V and pick the files you want to delete or use Select all to delete all Battlefield V save files.
- Select Delete again and hit OK to confirm.
- Launch Battlefield V and play the War Story again – making sure to catch the “missing” letters and challenges this time.
- Once there are no gaps in the record you should get your reward.
On Xbox One
- From Home, select My Games & Apps.
- Highlight Battlefield V and press the Menu button on your controller.
- Select Manage game and add-ons.
- Scroll down to Saved Data.
- Highlight the saved data for your Gamertag and press the A button on your controller.
- When you’re asked to confirm, choose Delete Everywhere to remove your game data from the cloud, your console and any other console you play on.
- Launch Battlefield V and play the War Story again – making sure to catch the “missing” letters and challenges this time.
- Once there are no gaps in the record you should get your reward.
