No worries about the 1 Year Battlefield1 Dog Tag, this one isn't rolled out yet.
As far as a DICE Dev. said on twitter, it should come with the next Update!

I did the same, contacted EA support via their live chat and cheated with an Advisor and he was able to manually unlock the dog tag for me. 

Re: the Battlefield 1 1st anniversary dog tag. I think that it is meant to be rolled out in the Nov update, but I could be wrong, maybe a DICE Dev could comment/confirm?

I just received my Battlefrst dog tag today and did not contact support.

Hope everyone is getting theirs too.

Hey guys,

thanks for your continued assistance, there's a reason why Battlefield has the #BestCommunityInTheWorld.

After checking some more of the provided accounts, this issue should be resolved as of today - please double check today and let me know if you should still be missing the tag.

The 1 Year Anniversary has not yet been awarded to anyone, this is working as intended - cheers!
