Helloes @stalkerz454545
What platform are you on ? On consoles you may have to go to the store and download the Premium pass from there separately as a DLC if you haven't.
On PC, go to My Game Library, left-click Battlefield 1, go to Extra Content. Does your Battlefield 1 Premium Pass there say that it is Unlocked ?
On PC you can also try and repair your installation :
EDIT: Also, as adviced by @Moskolonel , you can contact the support directly from here if the problem persists : https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
And here is some further advice to how you can contact support smoothly if necessary : http://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/How-to-contact-an-Advisor-via-EA-Help/td-p/5650100#Contact...
EDIT2: Right, have you let the game update itself ? You can force an update by going to My Game Library, right-clicking your game and choosing "Update game" . So basically same steps as with the Repair-function.
Good luck !

If you have a disc version of bf1 eject the cd and restart your console and premium should work then
