I find bad that there are exclusive dog tag like for Japan, game changers ...

For me unlock a dog tag is a mission of the game, if some aren't accessible that loses in interest.

Make exclusive Dog tag for limited mission is ok, for limited production (why not), event ok, but make impossible dog tag is little frustrating as the sakura Dog Tag.

For HQ dog tag it's a good idea but i thing it encourages a lot of spamming, even if i think become a hereo doesn't reward spamers (even if some player come to extend the community).

Just Answer HQ but general message board participation can help champion to be promoted in hero.
