I wake up in the morning, go into the fifu and see that it does not come.
I check my mail and see a message that my account has been banned
HAVE NOT USED ANY CHIT and followed all the rules of this game

If you think there's been a mistake with the ban, reach out to our Terms of Service team by filling out the webform. They will take a look into it for you. These two EA Help articles will guide you through that process and answer most questions:
