Balancing Reworks for old characters?

I've played for two years now and I love the game. When they added Loke all I thought was it's about time. But Luke could beat the emperor, Darth Vader, and general Grevious on his own! These and many other characters need balancing. Why can Han beat the Emperor or Darth Vader far more powerful characters? Please balance with reworks some of our favorite characters.
