BLACK SCREEN WHEN STARTING A DRAFT

Today, As I accepted my opponent for my first game of a FUT Draft, the screen turned black and never really went into the game. It fitted there for almost 20 min. I ended up having to quit FIFA, lose the game and not play my draft at all spending 300 Fifa point to be given 2 gold packs a a silver player pack. I want my money/fifa points/team back, either one, it needs to be fixed.

I always enter using coins. It's done this bug 3 times. I've lost 45K coins and whenever I use that link it says I'm not qualified for replacing draft tokens. I'm losing coins without even being able to play the game. It has happened again, no more than 20 mins ago.,

That link DOES NOT WORK. I’m having the same issue over and over again and am told I am not entitled. Awful awful game
