This tends to happen every time a new iteration releases - less people playing means less people reporting cheaters.

If you see anyone you suspect is breaking the rules, gather as much evidence as you can and report them. https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/report-players-for-cheating-abuse-and-harassment/

On picture you can see the guys score after 7 min of gameplay.

Everything what you recomended is nice,but make no sense,coz we have feeling ,that nobody care about this reports.
