Not that I know of, where did you hear this? Maybe you got The Sims Mobile confused with The Sims Freeplay?

Nope, its the sims mobile, heard from a simmers that they saw it from utube live the sims where they briefly talked about going to add in second house. I wish it won't happen, cos it will be micromanaging like sims fp which i didnt enjoy.
