Was just getting started on the Anniversary Party Event & got a pop up!

Did you play the game during the anniversary event?

Yes, I play daily. I've wrote to ea help, and received an email saying they don't know nothing about this, and heading me to look into this forum.

I've tried to contact them through chat, but I can't find that option. What can I do now?

Hey @carmen_yellowp, For the missing rewards there is nothing that we can help with on the forums with, I'm sorry. That is something EA support helps with. 

I understand that they have sent you this way, unfortunately we can't help.

What you can do is change language on EA help to English and then click contact us, choose the issues you had and when it comes to how to talk to us you should get a chat option.

@carmen_yellowp just to make sure, do you have Usage Sharing enabled or disabled in the menu? In the meantime, you could play around with that, travel around while doing so, see if more pops up if it's enabled than when it's disabled.

Thanks to you all, finally I managed to chat with an EA advisor through the facebook page EAhelp, and they added the pack to my account.

By the way, I had usage sharing disabled, so I think that was the reason the pack didn't pop up in the first time.
