Alliance invites?

Hey folks, new to the community. Ive been a C&C fan since '95. 

Anyway, that has nothing to do with my question/concern. Just started playing this morning. I'm pretty sure ive clicked everything a few times and cant seem to figure out how to invite players to my alliance, even though when I visit the leader board/CCTV whatever I can see some that say "no alliance"

So, I'm curious. Is this a development oversight or am I missing something?

Yeah I have the same issue. I’m hoping an invite system has already been implemented into the game. If not, I’d hope they add a global chat or an option to invite players you’ve battled. Would make it much easier to grow an alliance

I have the same issue. I created an Alliance and have had 0 requests to join.

So this seems to still be an issue. I can’t add people to my Alliance nor can I even send messages to people I have added as a friend. This needs improvement and fast.

Still nothing and it is now 2020, this is beyaond ridiculous
