Air Superiority?

Will Air Superiority be making a come back to Battlefield V? For dedicated fighter pilots this was a fantastic battleground for pilots to truly test their metal and hone their skills. BF1 had this implemented during the last DLC, however many pilots (including myself) would like to see this be brought in much earlier. Is there any information you could proved to help understand when this may be making a comeback?

The general player base tends to nosedive a month or two after launch for this mode so I doubt we'll see it return to V if I'm being honest. I haven't seen any word from the devs about it but you never know - with enough encouragement from the Pheonix/Aerial League anything is possible
