A Zoom And Drawing Function Would Be Good For Commentary

I recently started doing replay commentary for this game and its hard to make people focus on what you are commentating about for this game since you can see the whole map. a lot of people end up using video editors to zoom in or focus on what theyre talking about. I use the windows magnifier function but it would be cool if you could zoom in like you do on mobile with two fingers coming together or moving apart.
