Hey @mestan1616, from the error code you are seeing I'm assuming that you are playing a mobile title, most likely Sim City BuildIt, is this correct?

If so can you try changing your connection type, wifi to data or vice versa.

If you are not on a mobile device and the game is not Sim City BuildIt please let me know so we can take it from there.
