Does completing the 'United Forces Warzone Recon' Achievement mean that I will receive the Darth Hexid companion on the 28th?

I answered in your other post at this link  but will answer here in case others are looking as well.

Yes it does 

• it is by achieving the ‘United Forces Group Recon’ achievement when you complete three PvE Group Finder activities 
• or the ‘United Forces Warzone Recon’ achievement when you complete three PvP matches through Group Finder.
