Unathorized Password Reset request

★★★ Newbie

This morning i recived an email claiming i requested a password reset, i did not request a password reset.

the email was sent from: [edit: email address removed] and i am not sure if that is the actual support email or not but i figured it was better to report it here rather then click the link and risk loseing my account to a scam.....

Hey @Excalgold

When you get an email with a link, you can hold the mouse on it to see, where it leads. When it's *.swtor.com or *.ea.com it's legit.

Currently there are problems with subscribing, when EA-Account is disabled. To enable it, you have to change the Password for it and they also sent an E-Mail for it. Look here.

But it could also be a symbol, that someone tried to login into your account. Then you can also change password directly on swtor.com if you are not sure.

Could you maybe send a screenshot of the mail, how it looks like?
