That is strange. Then you can write a ticket in game (if you're a subscriber) or write an email to support @ swtor.com (without space).
Try resetting your active phases and see if that resolves the issue. To do this go to a non-phased area like the fleet and then right click your character portrait, choose reset all active phases and see if that resolves the issue.

Actually just go to fleet and reset the mission or see see this link that people have done in the past
