Problem buying the United Forces Platinum Pack [ Edited ]

Hello, 

I want to buy the pack with my EA Wallet funds. I have 20€ on the account and the pack is €17

On the page for the paymentmethod I can select the EA Wallet and it tells me I have €20 on it but when I click on continue the page loads but is back to the Paymentmethod selection. 

The same happens on Chrome, Opera, Firefox and Edge on 3 different computers and I never get an error. 

Does someone have an idea?

Edit: When I try to buy coins with the same payment method the verification page loads.

I managed to solve this. I forgot to change the country after I moved from France back to Germany and somehow that caused the problem.

I just bought United Forces 30-Day Premium Pack, I received the receipt from paypal,but I have not received anything from the pack yet. What a hell am i supposed to do????
