Hello all, I'm submitting this here due to my subscription having run out, and I am unable to renew it at this time. So I can't /bug in game, so I just have to post it here. Anyways, the in-game title "The First Line of Defense" is rewarded for achieving Level 10 on a character on the PTS Server. I recently made a character on the PTS about a week ago and got to level 10 but did not get the Title for completing prerequisite action. So, is the First Line of Defense Title not given out anymore, is it bugged, or do I just need to wait until the PTS Data is collected and shut back down to get it?
