Not Getting Email Verification

I am trying to play a character after hitting level 20.  I updated my profile and I have tried sending it through the character select screen when it asks me for a valid email.  But I am not getting a verification email so that I can continue playing.  I have checked my spam folder.  I have waited a day as well with nothing showing up.
