Covert Energy Helmet

It would be cool if we had a covert energy helmet to serve a hood toggle work around. One could  toggle hide headgear in the outfit designer and effectively have a hood up and a hood down option.

But then it would make the hide headgear option useless 

I would love to be able to toggle the hood on and off on robes tho.

Actually, the way it could work is that the helmet drops hoods by default which turns the hide headgear toggle into a hood up or hood down toggle. One just needs to hide the headgear and the hood comes back. Also, one wouldn't have to worry about how a headband looks on their character like one has to do with current workarounds.
