So, I was wondering, why doesn't Nyon have the Grimborn trait despite being Olive Specter's and the Grim Reaper's son? He has the mark, but no trait. I thought this would've been implemented later on, because I was watching simmers on YouTube, specifically lilsimsie, and she pointed this out when she was playing the Early Access of the Life & Death expansion pack. It is also when she wasn't able to rebirth her sim/s. The final version of the pack, of course, has the rebirth feature functioning, but this little detail about Nyon being the Grim Reaper's kid but not having the Grimborn trait...
I know that this isn't, and shouldn't (maybe), a big deal, and I'd be fine if it was patched later on and that it would only apply on newer saves, but it's kind of a bummer if they never address this at all. If I can recall correctly, they even showed a sim from their livestream for the pack, someone with the Grimborn trait. Perhaps it'd be good if they should've made the Grim Reaper like Father Winter, so to speak? The latter immediately exists in your game upon creating a save, and he's not even a hidden household either. So it'd be nice if the Grim Reaper would immediately spawn in the game even if he hasn't been "called" or "summoned" yet by a player sim, and it'd be better if he's a hidden household, like the Crumplebottoms from Cottage Living.
I am hoping this thread or query doesn't go unnoticed or ignored. Even an insightful reply from a knowledgeable user in the forum would be helpful, doesn't have to be one of the moderators or developers. Sorry if this is a waste of thread or something.

Hey all!
This should now be resolved with the release of today's base game update.
[AHQ] In new saves, Nyon Specter has the proper Grimborn trait.

Yeah, there's this assumption that they briefly (re)worked on the Grimborn trait and updated it, removing the trait from Nyon. I've tested something like this by adding and removing the Grimborn trait on a sim, the scythe birthmark appeared initially, then stayed even after removing the trait. It is a non-adjustable hidden skin detail, they say.

I would suggest to EA to add it bc I've now seen a few people who didn't know he's technically Grimborn romancing him...using their Grimborn sim. So they're sorta accidentally marrying him to his half-sibling and are horrified when someone says "yknow Nyon is Grimborn too".
So EA maybe add it to help prevent players accidentally doing incest?

I was a little disappointed to see that Nyon doesn't have Grim in his family tree or even the Grimborn trait. I gave him the Grimborn trait with cheats, but after a while, it disfigured his face. Thankfully, I back up my saves! I've seen others talk about giving Nyon the Grimborn trait with cheats and then it disfiguring his face.
