Franchise crashing after upgrade

This is the exact problem I am referring to. The file is now corrupt because it wont load. You can select it, but you get an infinite load screen. This issue has gone unaddressed for two years now. Sorry you are experiencing it. Hopefully the more common it becomes the harder it will be for EA to ignore it though. I also only play offline franchise. My file corrupts around 2027-2030.

I get a bluescreen crash either after a game, checking coaching positions/skill trees, or editing a player. Then I load the game back up and the file is stuck in an infinite load loop.

2022 also has this glitch. They have ignored it since October of last year. I have been very vocal about this issue ever since and even provided multiple test sessions and breakdowns explaining to EA how to repeat the issue. I did all I could to put forth an effort to keep it from bleeding into this years madden. For obvious reasons it is still here.

Doesn't work for me on PS5. Is that working for you on PS5? Offline Franchise?

@chess270yes. it doesn't work inside a menu. you have to be in the main menu.

I'm not sure what you mean by main menu. I did try it in Madden main menu of franchise. Are you referring to another main menu? Just to be sure, we are discussing Madden 23, correct?

@chess270 yes madden 23. By main menu I mean the menu that up top says home news league options. Press/click the right joystick i have never had an issue with in 22 or 23 for that matter.

The last patch of last year fixed it for me in 22.

Do you see a save option below on the screen with R3 shown? PS5?
