Cant sign in to Madden 23 ps4

Keeps asking to resest my EA password and then I'm given error code. I've reset ps4 and changed password multiple time. Problem has existed since purchased on Christmas.

If you still see an issue, power cycle your console and router, maybe play another game for a minute and then retry.
