Franchise mode crash

Have had this glitch a couple times in game modes like franchise mode where after a period the camera will just be stuck in one place not allowing me to interact with the game in anyway. My team in this instance was tied 1-1 going into a shootout but at the end of OT the camera froze on the penalty box and I couldn’t do anything. So I restarted the game and my team instead lost 5-2 and our best player got injured. Fun

Still an issue EA has ignored since day one. Games literally unplayable and they haven't done much but come up with excuses. Tried to be wholesome but this is getting ridiculous.

I believe the issue is the game keeps "Back ups" of each franchise mode you keep on making. If they disabled it or removed the autosaved function maybe we wouldn't have crashes or synching issues

I've tried calling them beforehand going back to nhl2020 for a bit. The refs purposely let  A.i get away with hooking slashing 24/7, so my advice play with penalties off!
