Please add a Overwrite Install Function for EA Desktop App Installer.

My downloads were stuck so I deleted EA Desktop through the file explorer not finding an uninstall function in app(my mistake). I deleted every single EA Desktop related file. When I tried to redownload EA Desktop it told me I already had it and when I try to open it it doesn't exist.
Because I play it through Xbox Game Pass I have to use the EA Desktop app which won't even install! All of these problems would be solved if the installer had an option to overwrite and install. Almost every other thing on my pc has an option to overwrite, So why doesn't the EA Desktop app have this option?

have you tried to delete all leftovers? I suggest to use some like e.g. Ccleaner and Wise Registry Cleaner to do so.
Clean your cookies and the registration from the remaining file. In Cleaner the registry can also be cleaned.
Make sure in settings that you mark (uncheck) "only clean cookies
older than 24 hrs".
