Achievements

If i do something in a game that would give me a achievement and i would be using EA desktop and because ea desktop does not have achievemts at the moment will it give me the achievment on Origin or do i have to do it again to unlock it?

@Hanman_nr1 the two clients do not currently talk to each other in the since they share data like achievements, same if you get an achievement on Steam it won't send it to Origin.
