The feature store really doesn't feel like it is fully developed yet. And its duplicate the regulator store serves no purpose as it is almost directly opposite and we can access the store from the main menu anyway.
Suggestion: Keep the feature store as it is, get rid of the regulator store and introduce 3 new stores, one for each faction. These could sell weapons, components and cosmetics relevant to each faction.
In doing so the market area in the fort would have more purpose and be a place the player would feel engaged.
The idea could be further developed by having a weekly challenge to kill a factions primary enemy that would need to be completed in order to open that store for the remaining month.
I think it's a bit optimistic to expect three new shops.
The shops just need simplifying. Pretending they have more stock by rotating the six items available isn't kidding anyone.
They should just have everything available at the main store. That way you can save up for the items you want instead of hoping they're going to be in the shop this week
