Wrong version of player during team of the year midfielders

I packed gold Kevin de bruyne during team of the year midfielders and it hasn’t been fixed yet while others are receiving their correct players.

We are currently not aware that other TOTY items apart from Courtois were in packs with the incorrect version. Please contact our customer support, as they can check your account and the time when you opened the pack to compare it with the times of TOTY items in packs.

There was videos of people getting Modric and Jude Bellingham when they were in packs along side Kevin de bruyne I’ve contacted support and they told me to come here.
