TEN 83+ RATED PACK GLİTCH

I opened ten 83+ players pack from daily login objective that I completed and got myself red world cup players that can not be packed anymore.I can not use them in sbc or do anything at this stage of this game because they are only +1 rated from their base cards.I opened a ticked but still got no answer after 2-3 dsys past......
