Bought an untradeable card somehow?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’m not sure how you can find it but it has happened to me twice now, I paid for a card that I was going to trade with and once I bought the card it said it was untradeable and would not let me sell it meaning I have lost 2700 coins on it.
What happens when the bug occurs? It says congratulations you’ve won this item for 2700 coins like it normally would but then says it’s untradeable and I can’t sell it. Where it would normally say list on transfer market it says nothing and instead of send to transfer list it says this item can not be traded.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to list the item as I’ve paid for it and it was on the market so it obviously isn’t untradeable

Screenshot attached, hopefully this bug gets fixed as it has happened to me twice and I would like a refund on my coins or to be able to trade the player.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By receiving a TOTW season 1 (Kamara) during season 2 TOTW in a paid for pack.
What happens when the bug occurs? When buying a pack with fifa points.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to sell the player.

I bought a few packs. And a few players were unsellable. This is quite annoying especially as when I called EA I was on the phone for about an hour to be told he doesn't know what to do.

Yeah they released 2100 fifa point pack thats totally untradeble and they admit they knew peopl would accidentally buy the pack right and only if enough peple complain will they re pay anyone or make up for it , last penny i let my self or son spend in eas pocket absolutely. Didnt care no fk given even cheekily cut it off when i called them on it as a deliberat ploy to and basically a success as long a loads of folk dont make noise about it 6pm 29,9,2022
