Regarding the issue in getting the rare players

I have opened the 82 to 88 pack for more than 7 times but still now I didn't get any rare players,one of my friend had opened the same pack but he is getting the rare players alternatively and also 91 Griezeman and 89 Werner. Notable point is that EA is cheating me because my friend account is basic subscription that's the reason for to get that rate players I think ,I personally don't like the EA in the way of responding to each individual users because all are buying the game for the same amount. In fact EA has to give more rare players for those who have brought the game permanent access. I need replies from EA for the above issues. Please kindly forward this issues those who are facing it day by day.
