Lost connection after paying 15,000 coins for fut draft 1st game after a few minutes play and now have 2 upset lads. They was winning 1 nil but after the drop in connection to the server, they classed it as them leaving the game and losing 3 nil. 

They are gutted as they saved up points by playing the required games and things in the game to get extra points.

Is there a way to speak to ea and get their points back ?
