Fifa 20 keeps crashing

I bought FIFA 20 the day after its full release on disc. Upon downloading it, I opened it up and went past the Volta game and into the home menu. Now, after this every time I tried to play a game in Kick off, FUT etc. the game would crash when I would select kits or just before I entered the game. There were 2 anomalies however: I managed to play 1 squad battles game and 1 kick off game. I have had FIFA 19, 18 and 16 as well and 16 is the only one that runs without any concern. In FIFA 18, the Journey would crash but everything else was fine. In 19, the Journey and career mode would crash, but everything else was fine. Is it maybe something to do with the Frostbite engine? Any help would be appreciated

I have the same problem here everything you said happed to me as well the only things that is different that I had these games from the PlayStation store and I also have something wrong with the graphics green lights popping in the back ground I tried everything thing I even changed by hard drive and installed the game again and nothing happened.and I tried changing the monitor and the HDMI and even the internet and nothing changed

@TrueCrusader3 Crashes when switching kits happens to me to, really annoying. Am on PC.
I've already submitted a bug report, hope it'll be fixed in a future update rather sooner than later

same problem.. still EA didnt fix it mayn.. they wont cares pc... i just stopped playing , it crashed every 10mins of game F

Press your windows button and type in Dxdiag. Check under "systemmodel" which motherboard you have and update your BIOS to the latest version. This worked for me and FIFA works like a charm again. Been struggeling for over 4 months on this.
