Disconnected from Fut Champions Game

and you couldn't contact the right team? I have the same problem. By disconnecting from the servers (even after winning the match) I am thrown into the main menu and lose important matches already won. this is really not fair

Won 5-1 in fut champions. The referee ended the game, I started pressing next, next and got warning that got disconnected from ea servers (although I don’t have connection problems), got signed out, signed in again and saw that the game I won was counted as lost.

how can I fix this?
