Found it, you're not banned or
sanctioned. Well Roland, it's an
ongoing issue with the game. I'm
going to explain it this way so
please read it carefully;
I just checked some current
reports, I would like to inform you
that we'd received many reports
about this issue already. We have
forwarded the information to the
EA Sports and the servers team
and are waiting for an update. At
this point we appreciate for your
patience while we investigate
what's going on. There are
hundred of reports for the same
problem with players being
unable to connect online, getting
disconnected or login to their
game because of this sanction
error even though there's no
sanction on the account or the
game.
Though, our team is dedicated to
this issue and it'll surely get fixed
soon. I can surely say you'll be
able to connect online in your
game and play without any
restriction, ban or sanction error,
you can mark it. In this case, we
appreciate your patience.

Roland. Just wait for sometime
and you'll be able to access your
game as you're not alone, this
error is confusing many players.
