I created my ea sports account with the letter L missing from Hotmail and I can't log in to the companion app because I need access to my email address

Hey @PaulCro86  if you cannot update your account due to not having access to the email on the account then the best thing to do is take a look at this help article and fill out the account recovery form: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/im-locked-out-of-my-ea-account/

Hello, I tried what you suggested however when i go onto origin i dont see anything at the top that says my account. At the bottom left it hows my origin name and when i click on that it shows a my ea account button. When i click on that and scroll down it shows my xbox gamertag as a connected account. Please help as i am getting the same error message as the other person.
