If I make a deal with pay to buy zlatan then he doesn't accept my contract, will I still have to pay the transfer fee?

Is this for career mode? I would assume not as not accepting a contract means the transfer won't go through. 

I haven't played career mode for a while though so hopefully someone else might be able to give a definite answer.

No
