Didn't receive ToTS version of player fut mobile [ Edited ]

Hi, I packed Robert lewandowski after the bundesliga tots had been released. I had previously packed A tots version of Tah, so I know that they had been released. I have included a picture of lewandowski in my club as well as the date I acquired him.

I am a pretty active fut mobile user and I love it. I would really appreciate any help in gettin me my upgraded player. It's pretty frustrating to get one of the best players in the game and not recieve his 99 rated card when I should have.

Please please please help me out here.
