Last night, when I was playing fifa 16, I found that my player's data in pro club was lost, from 87 to 83, please help to fix it.

We buy your product, you obviously don't bother to test it properly and then when its broken for a week you leave us out in the cold. You should be ashamed of how this has been handled, its utterly absurd and you won't even tell us what's going on.
The way I see it, you have robbed me of 1 52nd of my time with the game so we should all get 1 52nd of our money back. Its small change to us but maybe it's a big enough hit to you to get you to test it next time.
You won't though, you don't care.
Is anyone at EA even monitoring this thread? Please PLEASE just reply with the word "Yes" at the very least. Let us know you haven't just washed your hands of this.
If you aren't even reading this I'll never give EA Sports another single penny. If you aren't monitoring this its the final proof that Pro Clubs means nothing to you and you should remove it from the game.

They are not monitoring it powell... and they dont give a * about pro clubs.. a week with this problem and NOTHING?!??!
